Our client is seeking a licensed Patent Agent or 2nd-3rd year Associate to join our growing Intellectual Property Practice Group.

Ph.D. preferred, but not required or graduate degree in molecular biology, immunology biochemistry, or related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the life sciences Patent Bar Required and Associate level candidates must be admitted to practice in California.

Strong writing, organizational and communication skills.
