Our client is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience for its Fintech practice team. Candidates should be enthusiastic team players and have excellent academic credentials, writing and communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience with transactions and regulatory issues relating to credit, debit and prepaid card issuing, money transmission, contract negotiation, payment rails and rules (ACH, wires, card networks), Anti-Money Laundering, privacy payments acceptance processors and emerging payment systems such as blockchains including state and federal consumer protection laws. Familiarity with EU PSD2 and GDPR regulations is also desirable.
